MVP quarterback, Jalen Hurts had his best game ever. He remained calm as always, and stated after the game, “It’s about us and how we approach things and never get too high, never get too low, just process it. You have to be able to use these experiences you’ve had in the past because they are formative for the future. I think we’ve been able to do that.”
Steady and being in the moment is the way to go. People need to stay focused on the task at hand and not get lost in the hype. This will help them to reflect so they can learn from the past.
