Companies employing a more diverse workforce increase innovation and profits. When you bring a diverse group of people together who feel safe to be their authentic selves and express their ideas, they focus on opportunities rather than the distraction of bias. For months I’ve been working on a series of video modules on diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Yesterday was an editing day.
